Canadian Armoured Corps

The Royal Canadian Armoured Corps (RCAC) is the armoured branch of the Canadian Army. The corps was formed in 1940 as the Canadian Armoured Corps, and traces its lineage to the Canadian Tank Corp of the First World War. The RCAC consists of three Regular Force Regiments and 18 Primary Reserve Regiments and oversee all armoured tank and reconnaissance missions for the Canadian Forces.
