Between 2008 and 2013 a series of interviews were conducted at The Military Museums with veterans who had served in the Second World War and the Korean War. Some of these interviews were conducted to coincide with exhibits that were planned during that time to commemorate these events, and to preserve the memories of the veterans who took part in them.   

Many of the Second World War and Korean War veterans who were interviewed were well known to the TMM community and many veterans had volunteered for many years as guides and speaking to school groups who came to the museum. These veteran interviews are also a tribute to their memory and the sacrifice they made for our country.
