WO Darlene de Guzman-Tucker joined the Royal Montreal Regiment as a clerk in 1991. In 1996 she deployed to Bosnia. The following year she transferred to 41 Canadian Brigade Group in Calgary. She was promoted to sergeant in 2001. In 2011 she served in Cyprus as the Duty Warrant Officer of the Third Location Decompression site in Pafos.
