Making of the Mural — A Mosaic of Calgary’s and Canada’s Military History and Legacy

Calgary Salutes’ Heritage and History Subcommittee, in partnership with The Military Museums, presents Making of the Mural: A Mosaic of Calgary’s and Canada’s Military History and Legacy.

Karen Storwick, MSM, Director of the Mural of Honour and the person behind its development, will explain how the Mural came to be and share insights into some of the people, events and stories represented across its 240 panels.

Admission is by a suggested minimum $10 donation to The Military Museums. Seating is limited, and advance registration is recommended.

Greg will speak about the disruptions and impacts on global trade caused by the war with Iran.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. A reception with light snacks and a cash bar will be held before and after the presentation.
