Ken Villiger

Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry
Korean War 1951-53

Ken Villiger was born in Montreal in 1930. He joined the military at 18 and was sent to Camp Gordon for training. In 1950 he enlisted with the 1PPCLI and was shipped to Korea in Sept 1951 where they landed in Inchon. He advanced northward with the PPCLI and spent a cold winter on patrols at the front lines involved in several engagements with enemy units.
