Dr. Sang Sul Kang

Dr. Sang Sul Kang was born in South Korea in 1927. Dr. Kang graduated from medical school in May 1950, and the following month their country was invaded by North Korea. Shortly afterwards he was appointed to the 7th Korean Army Hospital and sent close to the front lines. By the end of the war Dr. Kang had been appointed Chief Divisional Surgeon.
