Afghanistan 2009 - 2010

Sgt John Ferris deployed to Kandahar in 2009-2010 with Task Force 3-09 as the crew commander of a Bison ambulance in the Kandahar Provincial Reconstruction Team. He now lives in Edmonton where he works for Alberta Health Services. He is also a reservist in 15 Field Ambulance. Since completing this interview in 2016, he's been promoted to warrant officer.
