TMM Mural of HonourWelcome to The Military Museums, Mural of Honour. The Mural was installed at the Museum in 2006 and quickly became the focal point of the Museum's atrium. Accompanying each of the 240 panels that make up the Mural are stories that honour the memory of individuals and events that have helped to shape our country's history and character. In November 2011, the interactive version of the Mural went online. The Mural and the stories that accompany it, continues to be a work in progress as an ongoing effort to help preserve the memories of Canadians past and present, for their valour, dedication and service to our country. |
